Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut stew beef into bite size pieces, set aside In a small bowl combine dry mustard, adobo seasoning , cornstarch salt and pepper; add beef and coat well.
Step 2
Veggie spray a frypan, add meat mixture to frypan making sure to get all of the seasoning / thinckening mix into the pan.
Step 3
Brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add beef broth to frypan,stir to mix and deglaze pan, bring to a heavy simmer, decrease heat to slow simmer; simmer for one hour.
Step 5
Serve over mashed potatoes with veggies on the side.
