"Use tilapia, cod, halibut, sole or even salmon for this recipe. I love catfish but it is hard to find where I live. This is so easy and the fish stays lovely and moist"

The first batch of fish didn't suck up the flavor like I thought it would but the 2nd yummy. My first one though I forgot to salt and pepper until it had been in the pan already a couple minutes. I used catfish for the first time with no batter... oh and I put my fish in milk.. Now I have done this quite a few times with other white fish but not with garlic cloves... wow does that make a huge difference. And we got to eat those garlics...ohhhh.... All fish is gone for the night! Thank you!!

Very good fish - my fish were fairly thin so cooked really quickly - so the two minutes was just about right. Thanks for sharing!

This was so tasty! I followed the instructions except for using tilapia (out of catfish) and DH and I gobbled it down. Definately will make this again. Thank you for posting. Served with Kittencal's Famous Coleslaw and roasted potatoes.
