"This is a great marinade I make quite often when grilling steaks. The subtle taste of oregano is quite lovely in this recipe. This can easily be made into a gluten free marinade by using GF beer and GF Worcestershire sauce. This is enough to marinate 2 T-bone or 2 rib steaks."

This marinade made the meat super tender and it tasted great too! My kids and wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it cooked on my smoker. With the smokey taste it was extra flavorful.

Have made steaks on the outdoor grill, in the oven as well as my little indoor mini grill using this wonderfully flavorful marinade. Today used it on chops and a steak using my mini Foreman. The aroma alone good for a five and another five for tender and juicy! A real winner of a marinade both outdoors or in.

Love your recipes Bea, they always do what they're supposed to do, I marinated a small top sirloin overnight in the marinade and it turned out very flavourful and very tender. A wonderful marinade thanks!
