String Beans and Red Onion in a Foil Packet

"This can be cooked on the BBQ over indirect heat. For dairy free use margarine and vegetarian cheese shreds (I use the Daiya cheddar shreds)"

Place a double layer of foil over a foil plate.
Toss in the beans, onions and garlic and drizzle with the oil, vinegar and water.
Sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper over the vegetables.
Fold the top and sides of foil over like an envelope making sure it is sealed.
Place in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Open the foil packet being careful as the steam will be very hot.
Toss in the butter and cheese and serve.
