Step by Step Method
Step 1
In bottom lightly greased quish dish or pie plate, spread cheese.
Step 2
Layer onion, then tomato slices over cheese.
Step 3
Sprinkle basil over tomatoes.
Step 4
Beat together eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Slowly pour eggs mixture over tomato and onion mixture.
Step 6
Bake in preheated 350f degree oven for 35 to 30 minutes or intil filling is just set in the centre.
