"I wanted some baked beans but too short of time to start from scratch so threw this recipe together using a can of beans. It came out quite tasty so I thought I would share it with you. I used asmoked Bison sausage - it was super good. This is nice served with a dinner roll and small green salad. This is a one or quite small 2 serving recipe. Note the can of beans is the half 8 oz size"

Step 1

Place chopped onion in an oven-proof casserole

Step 2

Top with jalapeno, tex-mex spice, sausage and then the beans

Add cheese

Bake in 350 over for 45 minutes uncovered
