Step 1: Place flour in a large resealable bag.
Step 2: Season chicken with pepper.
Step 3: Add to bag and shake to coat.
Step 4: In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Step 5: Remove and set aside.
Step 6: In that same skillet, combine the juice, marmalade, soy sauce, honey and ginger.
Step 7: Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
Step 8: Return chicken to pan and cook until sauce sticks to chicken pieces.
Step 9: Serve with white rice and your favourite vegetable.
