Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (cubed)
  • Pepper, good sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoons oil (cooking oil)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place flour in a large resealable bag.

  • Step 2: Season chicken with pepper.

  • Step 3: Add to bag and shake to coat.

  • Step 4: In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until chicken is no longer pink.

  • Step 5: Remove and set aside.

  • Step 6: In that same skillet, combine the juice, marmalade, soy sauce, honey and ginger.

  • Step 7: Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.

  • Step 8: Return chicken to pan and cook until sauce sticks to chicken pieces.

  • Step 9: Serve with white rice and your favourite vegetable.
