Step 1

In a medium saucepan bring chicken stock or broth to boil.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients to stock,bring back to a boil.

Step 3

Cover and remove from heat and wait 5 minutes then adjust seasonings to taste.

What lovely flavors in this recipe!!! I used basmati rice for this and cooked it in my instant pot. I placed all the ingredients in the instant pot and set to manual for 4 minutes and this turned out perfectly. This will be a repeat recipe here. Thx for sharing it here.

I loved this rice cooked in stock. It just gave that extra flavour boost. I used Basmati regular rice. I'll be cooking my rice this way regularly.
