Had some really great tasting cherry tomatoes from the market, fresh mozzarella and basil from my backyard garden, no peppadew pepper but the red bell pepper worked for me. Combined with the rest of the ingredients made for one great tomato salad. Made for an awesome lunch! Thank you Sue.
