Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and red onion. Gently fold in feta.
Step 2
In a small bowl, make dressing: Combine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano garlic and salt. and season with pepper. Slowly add olive oil, whisking to combine.
Step 3
Drizzle dressing over salad. Leave the salad sit out at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving or refrigerate until ready to use.
