Pre-heat oven to 450f
Place tomatoes, cut side up on a baking sheet
Top with parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are heated through and the cheese is golden

I was looking for ways to use up some of my garden tomatoes. They were such a delicious side with our chicken and one that I wouldn't have normally thought to make. So happy I found this one!

With tomatoes in season I had to try these. They are a great side, and went especially well with Chicken Divan. Loved this cheese and tomato combo!
