Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees for the quiche.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat eggs with a whisk; add the cream and beat again; add the grated onion and beat yet again.

Step 3

Sprinkle bacon in the bottom of the shell; sprinkle parmesan over the top of that.

Step 4

Pour cream mixture over all.

Step 5

Dot the top with small bits of butter.

Step 6

Place the pan on a cookie sheet or other drip pan and into a preheated oven.

Step 7

Bake at 350 degrees until domed and light brown.

Step 8

Cool 1/2 hour before cutting and serving.

Made this as part of my Thanksgiving breakfast, and it was very good! I did add in some leftover sausage per dh's request with great results!
