We loved the idea of using salsa verde in our guac, so I whipped this up in a few mins. Just added in everything and buzzed it in my mini chopper. It came out really smooth and creamy. Delicious served with taco scoops. My dd's (2 and 5) really loved this healthy snack!

We love this cake! It's so moist and delicious and whipped cream kicks it up a notch for sure. Make sure you watch it the last few minutes of baking so it doesn't dry out. I pulled mine out about 3 minutes early and it was just right.

I used Macintosh apples and it was yummy warmed with ice cream. It's an old fashioned fall dessert that we couldn't wait to try. We saved it to have again!

I made this yesterday with raspberries, and made it several weeks ago using blueberries. Both were yummy served with lots of whip cream. Total comfort in each bite!

I have made this a couple of times recently. The first time I added chunks of sautéed chicken pieces and the second time I added jumbo shrimp. We loved it both ways!

Delicious Lasagna! I used my own sauce but did add sausage in after I sautéed it, and drained the grease. I used Jimmy Dean's. Loved the cheesy filling in this recipe. It added so much flavor with the added cheeses. It was a little runny, but tasted great nonetheless! My new "Go To".

I made these burgers and cooked them on top of the stove, cause my grill is covered for the winter. They were great!!!
