I opted to use the extra layer of pasta and made extra sauce. I used penne pasta also. Turned out very delicious and my hubby was throwing compliments with just about every bite. It didn'take all that much time to get ready, so I am going to make another one and drop it off at my daughters for them to enjoy too!

Once you get the prep work done, it comes together pretty easily. It is super delicious and a tad spicy from the pepper(s), but in a good way! I served it over brown rice for a delicious meal. Leftovers were great too!

This pot roast in one that we have enjoyed several times and because it's made in the crockpot, I just brought it out on the porch to cook during the hot weather, so as to not heat up the kitchen. Now that fall is here I can have it inside, where the smell alone has you hooked! Simply put, it is scrumptious! I use a bottom round roast to make this.

I didn't use cilantro, but I can tell you it didn't make any difference. Very flavorful wings! I made a blooming onion to have with them. Super great together!

You might think I'm corny, but this right here is corn at its very best. OMG, no other way to have it now! I went out of the box and used just a little liquid smoke on the bacon. What a taste sensation!

I think apples and cardamom go perfectly together and this pie was proof of that. The two of us devoured them in one day!

Lovely roast with lots of flavor and so tender and juicy. We will have this again.

Delicious sweet potatoes! We enjoyed them with a rotisserie chicken and garden fresh peas. So yummy!

We love this delicious veggie dish. It went great with our fried fish. This will definitely be made again.
