Step 1

Mix honey, soy, hoisin, and cilantro and garlic paste into a marinade and marinate chicken wings with it in a ziplock bag for several hours or overnight.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 375F.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.

Step 4

Drain wings and place on lined baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake for 25 minutes, then turn the wings over and bake for 20 minutes more or until wings are done (size of wings may cause cooking time to be variable.)

I didn't use cilantro, but I can tell you it didn't make any difference. Very flavorful wings! I made a blooming onion to have with them. Super great together!

We loved it though I did more wings than specified and as I only had about 2 1/2 hours of marinating time I slashed the wings with sum cuts to let the marinade get into the flesh and it worked a treat and the end result was succulent and very tasty wings, very much enjoyed thank you Sue Lau.
