"This is a top of the stove pasta dish that is so simple and so tasty. I added 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce to the recipe but otherwise it is a Kraft recipe. I used the large shells because that is what I had on hand but medium would look better. If you like finish the dish in the oven for 5 minutes to completedly melt the cheese"
Brown the beef in a large skillet.
Stir in Pasta sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
Add Pasta. Simmer on low 15 minutes or until shells are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the ricotta. Cook covered 5 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese.
Remove from heat.
Top with remaining cheese.
Cover and let it stand until cheese is melted (apprx. 5 minutes).

We enjoyed this and so much easier than stuffed shells --only one skillet for everything -- great for busy days! Thanks for sharing!
I did one thing that the recipe didn't call for. I added an egg, parsley, garlic and onion powder into the Ricotta cheese before mixing it in with the shells and meat. It tasted so delicious and it was so easy!
