Step 1: Brown the beef in a large skillet.
Step 2: Stir in Pasta sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
Step 3: Add Pasta. Simmer on low 15 minutes or until shells are tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Stir in the ricotta. Cook covered 5 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese.
Step 6: Remove from heat.
Step 7: Top with remaining cheese.
Step 8: Cover and let it stand until cheese is melted (apprx. 5 minutes).
