Step by Step Method

Step 1

Chop bacon, slice mushrooms and shred cabbage.

Step 2

Slice spring onion (scallion) if using. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat butter on medium heat in a large fry pan (skillet).

Step 4

Add bacon and mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.

Step 5

Add the cabbage and cook for a further 4 or 5 minutes until wilted.

Step 6

Stir in spring onion, if using, and season with black pepper.

i used coleslaw mix , it turned out great i always love the combo of bacon mushrooms and cabbage simple and easy billboard tag
