Step by Step Method

Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan in a blender.
Step 2
Turn the blender on and drizzle in the lemon juice.
Step 3
Continue to puree until a smooth paste is formed.

Makes 3/4 vup.
Step 5
Freeze in 1/4 cup quanties (4 servings). You only need enough to just coat the pasta lightly because the flavor is so intense.
