  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan in a blender.

  • Step 2: Turn the blender on and drizzle in the lemon juice.

  • Step 3: Continue to puree until a smooth paste is formed.

  • Step 4: Makes 3/4 vup.

  • Step 5: Freeze in 1/4 cup quanties (4 servings). You only need enough to just coat the pasta lightly because the flavor is so intense.
