"I love chicken wings and I am always looking for different sauces and marinades for them. I came up with this nice Asian style marinade that lets you decide how saucy you want your wings by drizzling as much or as little as you like, just before baking them. I also prefer baking wings as the flavours are more intense because you bake the marinade or sauce right in the wing instead of just coating them after being fried. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free hoisin sauce and soy sauce."

We love pretty much any chicken wings, and these were delicious! When the time was up I put them under the broiler to crisp up the skin. We had hand made French fries too. Delicious!

My family went crazy for these yummy wings. They tasted so good! I see wings being a staple in my freezer just so I can make these when I get the craving. I am sure my family will be happy about that!

Loved the flavors...I left my wings in the oven a bit to long...sorry...got an important phone call...so they were on the dark/over done side...but it didn't affect the flavor...nor the enjoyment of eating them...made for "Best of 2015" tag game...

Wishing I had cooked more wings, did just under a kilo and 3 of us scoffed the lot, lovely sticky tender morsels of flesh and all that was left was polished bones. Thank you QueenBea, made for Pick Me tag game.

These wings have just the right about of sweetness and heat for us! Had 3 lbs of wings and I doubled the marinade which I cooked and thickened to use as a dip or sauce for rice. I also popped them under the broiler for a few minutes. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed these babies! Thanks Bea for sharing.
