Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger (prepared minced ginger)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (cut up, tips removed)
  • 2 green onions (green part only, thinly sliced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large plastic bag, mix together the first 8 ingredients.

  • Step 2: Add the chicken wings, mix well and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

  • Step 3: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 4: Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

  • Step 5: Place chicken wings on baking sheet and drizzle with as much of the marinade as you want over the wings.

  • Step 6: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked, turning after 15 minutes.

  • Step 7: Turn onto serving platter and sprinkle sliced green onion stems over them.
