Orange-Ginger Glazed Chicken Wings Or Thighs

Step 1

In a large resealable bag, place orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, oil, sugar, ginger and garlic. Seal and shake to mix. Add chicken, seal and shake to coat evenly. Refrigerate overnight, or up to 3 days.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 3

Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil lightly with cooking spray.

Step 4

Spread wings or thighs on foil. Sprinkle with a few red pepper flakes, if desired.

Step 5

Discard marinade.

Step 6

Bake for 45 minutes, until brown and shiny, turning after 25 minutes. Thighs may require another 5 minutes roasting time!

Step 7

Transfer to serving platter and sprinkle with scallions.

Tips & Variations

  • Large zip bag for marinating.
  • Large rimmed sheet pan, or cookie sheet, for roasting.
  • Aluminum foil.
  • Cooking spray.



Thank you for another great recipe KUF I used thighs though they only had 7 hours of marinating time but as we don't get orange concentrate here I used fresh orange juice and the zest of the orange to give it is flavour otherwise cooked as per recipe and the end result was moist flavoursome thighs which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks you KUW made for Alphabet Soup tag game.
