Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spray one side of the baguette slices with Olive oil
Step 2
Place under broiler for a couple of minutes until golden
Step 3
Flip the slices over
Step 4
Spread a generous tablespoon of the bruschetta on each baguette slice
Step 5
Cut the cheese in thin slices and size to fit on top of each baguette slice
Step 6
Place cheese on baguettes
Step 7
Place under broiler until the cheese has melted (apprx 10 minutes)
Step 8
Serve warm
