Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

This will be my "go to" cheese sauce - easy to add your own finishing touches like a pinch of cayenne, or different low fat cheeses. This time I used all low fat cheddar cheese, left out the salt and used a full half teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. The flavour is so delicious it would be difficult to find any difference between full fat and low fat. Thanks for posting it Bea!!
