"My Polish uncle shared this recipe with my German mother, yet it is considered an Austrian appetizer! Multi-national treat! I make it every year around the winter holidays - Christmas parties and gatherings, New Year's Eve feasts, etc. If you don't want to use beer, can substitute water, but beer is better! By the way, it's LIPTOI cheese in English - auto correct changed it to Lipton and I can't change the title."
