Step by Step Method
Step 1
Stir together the graham crumbs, honey and butter, then pat into bottom of 8 inch square baking dish.
Step 2
Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
Cream together the cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice and vanilla and spoon onto crust.
Step 4
Chill for 2 hours.
Step 5
Top with fruit, if using
