  • 1 cup graham crumbs

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 (750 gram) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Stir together the graham crumbs, honey and butter, then pat into bottom of 8 inch square baking dish.

  • Step 2: Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 3: Cream together the cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice and vanilla and spoon onto crust.

  • Step 4: Chill for 2 hours.

  • Step 5: Top with fruit, if using
