Step 1

Mix refried beans and salsa, and spread on jellyroll pan or similar size pan.

Step 2

Beat avocados, lemon juice, and garlic powder into a sauce. Spread over the refried beans. (This avocado sauce is optional- it's just as good without it).

Step 3

Stir sour cream well and spread over bean or avocado dip.

Step 4

Spread chopped green onions, sliced olives, and chopped tomatoes evenly over sour cream.

Step 5

Sprinkle cheese over top.

Step 6

Keep in refrigerator until about an hour before use.

Step 7

Take out to warm up a little for easier dipping.

Step 8

Serve with corn chips or nacho chips.

Great dip! Made this for the Super Bowl. I made my own salsa, and think it may have been a little "juicer" than commercial salsas, so my dip was a little liquidy at the bottom. But the flavor was fabulous. Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC tag.
