This is yummy. I made about 2 servings and cut them a little shorter so that they would fit on my plate. lol. I can't believe how flavorful these are with so few ingredients. Thanks for sharing a great keeper, Teresa.

Daily Inspiration

We love zucchini and this dish is really wonderful. It's so easy to make, but really rich in flavor. This is definitely company-worthy. It went so well with our baked chicken tonight.

For such a simple (and easy) dish to prepare, this turned out super delicious. It's amazing how only a bit of cream and parmesan can dress up zucchini so well. I almost wish my family didn't like vegetables, because this is one dish I wouldn't mind everyone avoiding, just so I had it all to myself. Thanks, TeresaS. We love your recipe!

KATO BABY

Loved the zucchini prepared this way Teresa. The flavor is subtle and zucchini is tender and delicious. The parmesan add some needed salt to the dish. The zucchini is the star in this dish. Thank you for sharing a recipe that we will enjoy again and again. Made FYC tag game.

I used the first zucchini(s) from our garden for this amazingly decadent & creamy dish. Shame on me for only making 2 serves! I did add freshly ground pepper to the zukes before adding the cream. Thanks for sharing a recipe that will be made often for visiting family! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
