Step 1: Slice the zucchini into long wedges, roughly the size of 'steak fry' potatoes.
Step 2: Place in one layer in a rectangular oven baking dish.
Step 3: Pour container of unwhipped cream over.
Step 4: Cover with the grated fresh Parmesan cheese.
Step 5: Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
Step 6: Broil for 2 minutes or so to get the top bubbly and golden brown.
