Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the hearts of palm into 1/2 inch slices
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients except the parmesan cheese in a large bowl, toss gently and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes

Serve topped with the shaved parmesan on top
