"A friend of mine gave me this recipe some years ago and I've been making it ever since. It's great for a party or a fun movie night with the kids. We all love it and it's addictive. It's great served with tortilla chips, toasted pieces of baguette or pita toasts."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, onion, bell pepper/s, and sour cream. Add seasonings and mix until all ingredients are incorporated evenly.

Step 2

Sprinkle pepperoni over the top. Cover with pizza sauce. Cover with shredded mozzarella.

Step 3

Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 - 30 minutes or when bubbly around edges and cheese is all melted.

Step 4

Serve with tortilla chips (nachos), toasted pieces of baguette or toasted pieces of pita chips.

Super fun, super easy recipe. Kids loved it. Served with slices of baguette, crackers, pita chips & veggies. It actually tastes like pizza! (This made a LOT!!! And it's best right out of the oven. If taking to a potluck/party, I suggest transferring it into a small slow cooker so it stays hot and the cheese doesn't start to solidify as it cools.)

This is so yummy and easy to prepare...I served it with tortilla chips...but next time I'm going to use slices of baguette...it really does taste like pizza...made for "Went to Market" tag game...

Made half a recipe to try this dip using both the finely chopped red and green peppers, found it absolutely delicious. Can't wait to serve it to family and friends! A great addition to my Appetizer Cookbook.
