Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Beat egg yolks thoroughly with salt and paprika.
Step 3
Beat in oil a little at a time.
Step 4
Beat in butter a little at a time.
Step 5
Stir in 3/4 of the cheese.
Step 6
Combine with spinach.
Step 7
Pour one third of spinach mixture into a greased shallow 9" square baking dish.
Step 8
Season both sides of fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 9
Roll fish up and place rolls, loose side down, in pan on top of spinach.
Step 10
Top with remaining spinach mixture.
Step 11
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 12
Bake for 20 minutes.
