"This isn't an authentic Italian recipe but has enough Italin ingredients to say it has a "Touch" of Italian. It is darn tasty. Use your own choice of bun or bread. Diagonally cut whole wheat baguette is a nice choice. Add some chopped or sliced olives. Cook your egg to your liking"
