Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (14 ounce) tomatoes (chunky tomatoes with basil,garlic & oregano, 398 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing (tuscan italian dressing or plain Italian dressing)
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 (3 ounces) bread buns (ciabata buns cut in half or 4 slices bread your choice) ,
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Partially drain the tomatoes.

  • Step 2: Empty into a skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 3: Add chiliflakes & the Tuscon dressing. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile as the sauce simmers fry 4 eggs in a covered pan.

  • Step 5: Add 1 ounce to water to the pan, keep covered.

  • Step 6: Toast your bread/bun.

  • Step 7: Butter the bread/buns.

  • Step 8: Slip a cooked egg on each half bun/bread slice.

  • Step 9: Spoon 1/4 of the tomatoes over the egg.

  • Step 10: Drizzle on the parmesan cheese.

  • Step 11: Serve piping hot.
