Step 3: Add chiliflakes & the Tuscon dressing. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Meanwhile as the sauce simmers fry 4 eggs in a covered pan.
Step 5: Add 1 ounce to water to the pan, keep covered.
Step 6: Toast your bread/bun.
Step 7: Butter the bread/buns.
Step 8: Slip a cooked egg on each half bun/bread slice.
Step 9: Spoon 1/4 of the tomatoes over the egg.
Step 10: Drizzle on the parmesan cheese.
Step 11: Serve piping hot.
