Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°.

Spray a square 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.

Put the burritos in the baking dish and cover with the entire can of re-fried beans.

This came out really good. I used green enchilada sauce, half the cheese and bean burritos, so added some Mexican chorizo to the refried beans to give it the meatiness that the burritos would have had. The chorizo also doubled to give it more heat, which was great. I topped it with the sour cream, and also some diced tomatoes. Served 4 for us.
