Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Put first 7 ingredients into a medium bowl, mix well.

Step 3

Spread in ungreased 9x13 inch pan.

Step 4

Layer next 3 ingredients, in order given, over bean dip mixture.

Step 5

Bake in oven for 25 - 35 minutes until crispy.

Step 6

Garnish with jalapeno pepper slices.

Nice dip that we enjoyed with tortilla chips. Love how easy it is to put together. I used fresh diced scallions due to being out of dried chives and it came out well. Otherwise, followed the recipe as written. Thank you Teresa for sharing.
