Step 1

Cut apple into quarters and remove the core and discard it and thinly slice apple.

Step 2

Using a vegetable peeler, cut both sides of cucumber into long ribbons, until you reach the seeds and discard the seeds.

Step 3

Place apple, cucumber and limes into a large punch jug or bowl and add cordial and apple juice and stir until combined and then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Just before serving, add soda water, lemonade and ice cubes and stir to combine and decorate with mint leaves
