Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 Pink Lady apple
  • 1 telegraph cucumber
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup elderflower cordial
  • 1 litre apple juice
  • 2 cups soda water
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Mint, to decorate

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut apple into quarters and remove the core and discard it and thinly slice apple.

  • Step 2: Using a vegetable peeler, cut both sides of cucumber into long ribbons, until you reach the seeds and discard the seeds.

  • Step 3: Place apple, cucumber and limes into a large punch jug or bowl and add cordial and apple juice and stir until combined and then refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • Step 4: Just before serving, add soda water, lemonade and ice cubes and stir to combine and decorate with mint leaves
