Basically followed recipe but used a mix of homemade and bought stock instead of the water and bouillon granules but was only able to add four cups and my crock pot was full and also added some extra vegetables of green beans, zucchini, swede and parsnip otherwise as per recipe and it gave four big meal serves with some crusty bread and made a great dinner on a chilly night, thank you QueenBea made for Pick Me tag game.

this is clock-full of chicken and veggies -- very good. Served with corn muffins for a wonderful dinner. Made as directed, except I skipped the thyme. Thanks for sharing!

Sometimes a nice bowl of soup is just what we need during these long winter nights. This one really tasted great and we loved it. I actually doubled the recipe so we would have plenty for the week. The blend of herbs is just perfect!
