Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in Warm water.
Step 2
Add milk, 1/3 cup butter, egg, salt, pepper, cheese, and 1/2 cup flour. Mix till smooth.
Step 3
Add remaining flour, mixing till smooth.
Step 4
Let rise till double.
Step 5
Stir down batter and spread evenly in a greased 1 quart casserole pan.
Step 6
Cover and let rise till double.
Step 7
Heat oven to 375.
Step 8
Bake 40-45 minutes .
Step 9
Loaf should be golden brown and sound hollow when tapped.
