Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a bowl combine and cream cheese and the half-and-half and beat until smooth and then stir in the remainder of the ingredients (-salt).

Step 2

Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator, removing from the refrigerator 15 minutes before using.

Step 3

Will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week.

I have a toasted bagel about 3 times a week and was getting bored with plain cream cheese spread, and I love caraway, so decided to try this. I cut recipe in half. Loved this spread. Can’t wait to try it on a pumpernickel bagel.
