Step 1: In a bowl combine and cream cheese and the half-and-half and beat until smooth and then stir in the remainder of the ingredients (-salt).
Step 2: Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator, removing from the refrigerator 15 minutes before using.
Step 3: Will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week.
