Bleu Cheese Walnut Spread

"This originally came from one of those cookbooks in the grocery store checkout rack. I may have tweaked it, but I honestly can't remember as I've been making it for years. It's really good on butter crackers, but I've also been known to use it instead of mayonnaise on a chicken salad sandwich. Cook time is for refrigeration, and serving size is about a tablespoon (total recipe is about two cups)."
