Step by Step Method
Step 1
Fry the bacon in the butter.
Step 2
Add garlic.
Step 3
Dredge chicken in flour and add to the oil; brown.
Step 4
Add wine, salt and pepper, and artichokes that have been chopped along with juice.
Step 5
Mix flour into chicken broth, add to pan with capers; cook until chicken is done.
Step 6
Just before serving, add tomato and spinach.
