Step 1: Fry the bacon in the butter.
Step 2: Add garlic.
Step 3: Dredge chicken in flour and add to the oil; brown.
Step 4: Add wine, salt and pepper, and artichokes that have been chopped along with juice.
Step 5: Mix flour into chicken broth, add to pan with capers; cook until chicken is done.
Step 6: Just before serving, add tomato and spinach.
