Preheat an oven grill/broiler on high.
Grease a 2 litre (8 cup) ovenproof dish.
Heat oil in a frying pan over moderately high heat, cook and stir zucchini for 5 minutes or until golden.
Stir through garlic and oregano, cook and stir for 30 seconds or until fragrant and then gently fold through tomato and beans and cook and stir for 4 minutes or until heated through.
Transfer to prepared dish and top with fetta and drizzle with extra goil.
Grill/broil for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve sprinkled with extra oregano.
