Have fresh grated parmesan cheese and place on a flat tray.
Beat eggs and place in a large wide bowl for dipping.
Try to have bread stale.(I would dip in egg here and then assemble)
Arrange all ingredients for assembly.
Brush Thousand Island dressing on one side of each piece of bread.
Place 1 Swiss cheese slice on the dressing.
Place the turkey over one side of Swiss cheese.
Put some tomato and avocados on either side
Put sandwich together.
Take the sandwich and dip in the egg mixture, ensuring that it stays together.
Place the moist sandwich on the flat tray of parmesan cheese grated.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter in a sauté pan
Place the sandwich in the butter, ensuring the sandwich stays together.
Grill on low to medium heat until the cheese is golden brown.
Flip the sandwich and repeat the last step.
The sandwich will not be cooked thoroughly so, place browned sandwich on a sheet tray and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Remove from oven when the cheese is oozy
Take the finished sandwich and slice in half.
