"A wonderful creamy and cheesy dip, that takes on minutes to make. For best results, use good quality goat cheese and honey and also use fresh thyme; if by chance you think the dip is a little too thick for your liking you can always add a little cream. This dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Using a food processor ~ add in the chèvre and cream cheese, lemon juice, fresh thyme and a pinch of salt and pepper and blend mix until whipped well & completely smooth.
Step 2
Serve dip in a dish ~ then drizzle a little more honey, a light sprinkle of the pepper on top with a sprig of thyme.
Step 3
Serve dip with crackers, chunky bread or crudités on the side.
Step 4
*NOTE* refrigerate dip if not serving straight away, but remove at least an hour before serving.
